Our Royal Mountain Honey
Rich in nutrients for the skin
Moisturizing, softening and restorative, honey is very nutritious for the skin because it is rich in antioxidant polyphenols, vitamins B and C , but also in minerals and trace elements. Honey is the ideal ally for all skin types, especially tired, sensitive, damaged and/or suffering the first signs of aging. It is a wonderful regenerator and healing agent.
Our artisanal production
We have chosen to work exclusively with the Loire Gorges honey house . Gilles Deshors, Pierrick Laforge and Gaétan Denis are 3 artisan beekeepers who produce honey, royal jelly, propolis and pollen from their 1200 hives. Their production is without additives or preservatives , and respects local and sustainable agriculture . These enthusiasts are also committed to the protection of bees by offering beekeeping training according to their method, by creating educational visits for curious individuals and by promoting hives in businesses.
Our organic lemon verbena hydrosol
Not just calming
Verbena is often known for its soothing and calming properties, but lemon verbena works many other miracles for the skin. It tightens pores, stimulates circulation, and smooths skin texture. It is therefore toning and firming while being ideal for sensitive skin.
Our distiller from Saint-Hilaire
In the heart of the Livradois – Forez Natural Park, our distiller, certified organic by ECOCERT, works in partnership with local pickers and farmers, all certified organic. He is also committed to the philosophy of slow cosmetics , meaning he works for sustainable cultivation and harvesting that does not deplete the soil and natural resources.
The spring water of Saint-Bonnet-Le-Froid
Pure, untreated water
On the high plateaus of Auvergne, brothers Jacques and Thomas Marcon, co-founders of Velāvi, settled in the welcoming village of Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid, perched at an altitude of 1152 m. This is where very pure spring water flows. Originally underground, it is captured at a depth of 80 m and is naturally protected from pollution. It is not treated. The village gives us access to this spring water so that we can incorporate it into the bases of our formulas.
Our organic meadowsweet
Powers that are far too little known
Rich in tannins and flavonoids, this perennial and very resistant plant grows abundantly in Auvergne, particularly in its humid zones. It is so powerful that it is similar to aspirin and can be used for headaches in phytotherapy. In cosmetics, it is an ally for all skin types, even sensitive, thanks to its smoothing, purifying and anti-inflammatory action .

works for sustainable cultivation and harvesting that does not deplete the soil and natural resources. Our Meadowsweet is harvested in Auvergne and distilled in Saint-Hilaire.
Our organic yarrow hydrosol
A bandage plant
Thanks to its hemostatic and anti-inflammatory properties, yarrow is a wonderful healing and regenerating agent . It takes its name from the mythical Achilles who is said to have used it to treat the wounds of his soldiers during the Trojan War. Hence its nickname, "the soldier's herb" . It contains more than a hundred active chemical compounds. Its hydrosol is used to calm sensitive or irritated skin, but also skin prone to acne, particularly inflammatory acne.

Our yarrow is harvested by hand in Auvergne.
Auvergne red illite
A beneficial clay
Rich in minerals such as magnesium and potassium, red clay is especially highly concentrated in iron oxide, hence its color . Highly absorbent, it cleanses impurities on the skin but also calms redness. It is ideal for use as a mask to detoxify the skin, mattify and restore radiance.

We did not only choose it because it is located in our region, but also because our local partner offers natural clay of very high purity and is committed to the environment by redeveloping and revegetating the clay extraction areas, which allows it to have the lowest carbon footprint in France .
